Come visit my studio on West 5th Street this Saturday evening from 5–8 PM after the Frederick Festival of the Arts!
The Blue Elephant has been a home for working artists for over 25 years—and it’s where I had my very first studio back in 2000. Today, it’s still going strong, with 17 resident artists—many of whom will have their doors open to the public.
It’s a rare and vibrant hub of creativity, and one of the last affordable artist spaces in town. I hope you’ll stop by, meet some of the incredible artists who make this building special, and see what we’ve been working on.
